By registering on our Platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities are detected.
Owners and renters must provide truthful and accurate information about their properties and personal details.
The Company is only a facilitator and is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions between users.
Payments, deposits, and rental agreements are subject to the terms agreed upon between the parties.
Service fees, commission, or other applicable charges will be displayed at the time of transaction.
All payments must be made through the Platform's authorized payment gateways.
We are not responsible for disputes regarding payments between users.
Cancellation policies for rentals depend on the listing's specified terms.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our refund policy.
Users shall not engage in unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities while using the Platform.
Harassment, abuse, or violation of others rights will result in immediate account termination.
The user is solely responsible for any rented product during the rental period.
If the rented product is damaged, lost, or stolen while in the user's possession, the user agrees to compensate the full actual amount of the product within ten (10) days from the date of notification by the Company.
Failure to make the payment within the stipulated time will result in legal action being taken by the Company, including but not limited to, recovery proceedings, penalties, and additional legal costs as applicable.
The Company does not own or manage any of the rental properties listed on the Platform.
We do not guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any listed properties.
The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bhavnagar Jurisdiction.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction
